The Lippincott road was a no go.



It was such a surreal site to see the playa snowed over.



Big Pine road leaving Eureka Dunes. Where's the snow?



Geologists cabin is a real gem in Butte Valley.

At first the snow really bummed me... then I just had to let it in and live the moment. A real treat indeed.

Those are some wild photos, crazy contrast between the white-out and my normal expectations of "the desert". That cabin is on my hit-list for this spring, super cool. Thanks for the post!
