I think it's something to do with GDP and Saudi Arabia? I may have heard something about it on fox business...I'm pretty sure it has to do with the banking industry too. Keep us posted, and nice rig!

Noobie with New Truck

I've been lurking for a while learning all I can. My wife and I bought a 2014 Ram 2500 Big Horn, mega-cab, 4x4, 6.4 Hemi. We have a Hallmark K2 pop-up camper ordered for it. We'll pick up the camper in March and the adventures will begin.

Love a Bronco, I have had a 86 and a 89. Fuel economy from a Bronco is like asking for peace in the middle east, just not going to happen. I love those d#@% things .

New To Exoport and New to Offroading.

Hello I'm Greg from Tuscaloosa Alabama. I recently bought an 82 Bronco Xlt Lariat 4x4 351w, np208, c6 and 33x12.5x15 mud tires. The truck wasn't running but in really good shape Interior/exterior wise 61k mi and all stock with the exception of a Edelbrock intake and Holley 4bbl. So far I've done some basic maintenance replaced the transmission with a Monster Trans ss c6, new 70 amp alternator, some wiring, u-joints, Lokar locking dipstick for trans, and just now The new Holley Terminator efi, with fancy finned bronco valve covers. Right now I'm a mad man in search of the coveted fuel economy so i'll be doing engine upgrading before to long but for now i'm feeling a little ill from my recent purchase. My plans with the truck are rock solid reliability and hopefully don't laugh... 22mpg. My ultimate goal is travel Prudhoe Bay to Punta Arenas although i don't know when because i don't think i would have a job when i come back if i did lol.



I want to go to Windrock in TN this week and try my hand in some trails this will be my first time in a dedicated ohv park. no better place for a shake down run than 311 mi from home with no connections.

has the factory installed Bank Kit that included: wastegated exhaust housing, Exhaust brake, Intercooler and factory airbox screen.
has the factory installed Air Bags in rear

No such "factory" items...especially Banks stuff. Both are aftermarket.

I'm not knocking the truck, Dodge are my favorites.

a lot of times auto manufacturers delivered bare bones or incomplete vehicles to companies that finished outfitting them as luxury editions on request from certain dealers, chevy did that a lot with the suburbans, the vehicles then arrived on dealer floors to be sold as "new" vehicles that were way more lux than the manufacturers ever dreamed possible.

what i mean was the original window sticker has it all on there as dealer installed i just read what it said i assume that they sent to someone to install and sold on lot in Alpine Texas that way. anyway i think its semantics but your correct!

yea it had sit on a ranch for about 3 years when i picked it up the old guy was up in age and couldnt hardly push clutch pedal he used it on a ranch full time for years has an old Linelock on the front brakes to use the winch to pull fence tight. haha.. lost of antenna mounts and cables running everywhere.. OH yea best of all it has the original XM radio with the LIFETIME subscription!
