Had some wasted space above the fridge so I installed a piece of metal and bought some magnetic zip tie mounts and now I have a spice rack.

Awesome build! I'm building an adventure trailer on a 116a3 and really wondering if I should have gone the enclosed route.

Thanks! Sorry for the delay, haven't been around in a while. I have a 105AH Lithium battery , 200 watts of solar with a 20 amp MPPT controller, a 20 amp DC to DC charger while driving and a 10 amp noco charger for when I have shore power which is basically just for topping off at home. Also run a 1500 watt pure sine wave inverter.
