M416 axle lenght ++++

Hi,

does anyone know the axle lenght on the M416 trailer ? ( correct me if I am wrong but I've meassured 57.4" )

I need to know the hub face distance as well as spring center lenght.

And if I could push my luck, does anyone one know a source to get a replacement axle with electric brakes and a bolt pattern of 5 on 6.5

Here is my setup:

It depends on your wheel backspacing......

I think mine was 61" if i remember right...

Nic,

I have a stock axle now , but my goal is to put an axle with 10" electric brakes and Land Rover wheels

The backspacing on LR wheels is 4" with the 5 on 6.5 lug pattern

I've found a local place but no luck with the bolt pattern and they also need the Spring center distance

( My trailer is at the soda blaster, so I can't meassure it )

Just ran out to the driveway... in the rain. :snorkel:

39" spring distance on center.

Best i can do on width is ~54.5". This M416 is a buds and has wheel spacers and Jeep LJ bolt pattern so the hubs may/may not have been changed.
