I decided to upgrade the door security on my trailer. The door ,like on all RV's , are not very resistant to being pried open. I decided to add an hasp lock. I can lock the door when away and when inside I will put the lock on so we can't be locked in. I added a piece of foam so the lock will not damage the door when driving. I doubt I'd drive with the lock on but rather with a PTO pin but just in case.

I msged him with no luck but am close to pulling the trigger on a Trailer purchase and would appreciate being able to see if there are any summit’s listed for sale there. I found out, besides greasing the wheel bearings every year/12,000 miles, there is a grease fitting to lube the swing arm. During my inspection, I found out I was missing a bolt on one side.

@mep1811 Thanks for the reminder on the breakaway brake battery, mine was pretty much dead. I charged that and greased the bearings and swing arm. Timbren recommends greasing every 3000-6000 miles, depending on use. Timbren Installation / Maintenance Manual

How is the height on these with the top down? Is it sleepable realistically? Can you sit at the table with the top down? I am also curious if any of you have used the kid bunks they offer as an option? They look uncomfortable to me?
