Watching the video, I can't see much movement of the cabin relative to the truck cab, leading me to wonder what sort of torque-free mount is used to protect the camper.

I Believe there is very little in the way of a torque-free system used in the construction of the motor home body.:Wow1:

The Kimberley Kamper folks have a design that puts their pop-up trailer camper onto a cab-forward 4x4 chassis,

This is an obvious Photoshop creation, but it gives an idea how the combination would work.

This custom camper was designed and constructed by Brent Swartzentruber,
who posts as "Bajaroad" on this forum. The camper can be quickly separated
from the tray / flatbed so the truck can be used for other purposes.
