Moab October 2007

Thank you for posting these photos! As you may have read, my Tacoma is in the body-shop and I am not sure it will be ready in time for our trip. My father-in-law and I are still coming...But I mat be a passenger.

Really looking forward to it!!

I agree...I love Moab. I feel right at home there. Thanks for being the fan of the Moody trips. My wife says, "I don't know why you post those up, no one cares about seeing pictures of your truck and our kids."

That's just not true. :) I never get tired of truck porn, and I agree with the others about that picture of your son. Destined to become a family classic!

I am the same way...my wife gets upset with me and "all my damn forums" I get onto...I told her, "I don't go to bars, I don't have a subscription to Playboy, I don't hit nudie bars, I don't really watch any sports, give me a break." I just like to camp and get out there, and that is pretty much all I think about. I love seeing pics from varying places...I even priate some of them and add them to my screensaver folder...

Well said!

Nah, we starting to make a campsite right before the 1st water crossing until a ranger came by at about 2:15 am and told us to move. We moved to a campsite that I've stayed at everytime ive been in moab right past the cattle guard. The ranger didnt bother us again. Most likely cause he couldnt even see us. The campsite was pretty isolated.

I stayed there last November. That is a great spot, except all that cold air settles in there and makes it cold! Nice and isolated though, as you said...

That is just beautiful... Great pics.

On a side note, your Wife and my best friends Wife could be identical twins. I wish I had a picture somewhere, it's almost creepy...

Thanks. I have had someone else say that about her as well...She was bent out of shape I posted that pic as she said, " I look fat." Post one up, so I can show her her twin...

It was much more fun in a 62...made things a bit more challenging. I was locked f/r to get myself up that. It is known as the "Dragon's Tail" (optional) on Steel Bender. I wasn't PO, I was meditating:arabia:

My wife is getting better about walking, she has grown much more brave...

My BIL was getting ancy and wanted to get off the trail. He got pissed when he couldn't make an obstacle, and backed up faster than he should have, setting himself up on that rock...:(
