Really cool. I opted to cut the back off and turn my '91 Suburban into a 4-door Blazer so I could put a Phoenix pop-up camper on it. What year were the seat bases for or do you have a part number? That would really help my interior usage too.
Nice concept. Really get off on one of a kind builds. The old suburbans are real tanks. Rode in some years ago in the oil field that had over 500,000 miles and still running strong!
Yeah. I am currently trying to decide exactly how I want to build the bed. A trifold plywood bed? How wide to avoid bunching of the tent? How thick foam can I use? Lots to get right.
x2. Have always wanted a Westy but it would never be practical for me. A Westy top on a big 'burb solves most of those practicality problems... AWESOME.
