My 1989 Suburban with a Westfalia top grafted into it... also dual 360 swivel seats

Really cool. I opted to cut the back off and turn my '91 Suburban into a 4-door Blazer so I could put a Phoenix pop-up camper on it. What year were the seat bases for or do you have a part number? That would really help my interior usage too.

Nice concept. Really get off on one of a kind builds. The old suburbans are real tanks. Rode in some years ago in the oil field that had over 500,000 miles and still running strong!

Yeah. I am currently trying to decide exactly how I want to build the bed. A trifold plywood bed? How wide to avoid bunching of the tent? How thick foam can I use? Lots to get right. :)

Great build, I'v often wondered about a pop up on a Burb or Expedition. And looks like you're doing a quality job on the total refurb.

What an excellent idea. Great way to extend the life of a solid workhorse and make it 'new' again.
