I have never been absolutely happy with the RTE new style bumper as I thought it was more fitting for a D2 and a friend of mine picked up a RTE old style bumper for his D2. I proposed a trade straight up and he agreed so we traded out last weekend since it wasn't a Alabama home game.

The RTE old style has an antennae bracket on it so I may try to get my HAM license. Or I will just throw a whiskey tango cb radio in the truck.

Well the disco hasn't had much loving in the past 6 months because the transmission went out on it. I have been slowly taking things off and am finally at the point where I can put it back together.





Other than this headache I just have to fix the usual rust issues and make sure she keeps on running. Oh and I took the lights off of the rack and only have 2 Hella 4000 cornering beams on the front bumper.

As of Monday this week I was finally able to drive the truck down the road!!!! Now to get the disco back in the backwoods of North Alabama...

Why not simplify a few things in life and so since the rack on the rover was never getting used it was time to say goodbye.

I think it looks considerably cleaner now and it is so much easier to drive now.

Then ran into this guy while I was in Atlanta one weekend (Driving a volvo s80...)

But this is my current expo rig (takes me everywhere)
