I'm late to the commenting party so I hope this question doesn't put a monkey wrench into things now that you're nearly done....
I thought the disposable propane tanks were supposed to be used at an angle? (i.e. that's why the inlet pipe is angled the way it usually is, so that if everything is sitting on a table the tank is angled correctly).
Now, I'm a Coleman-fuel user, myself, so I can't offer any practical experience, I'm speaking from theoretical knowledge here... Worst scenario I would guess maybe you get a little less burn time from a tank?
Anyone else know?
EDIT: Or is it just that the tank shouldn't be inverted, so that you're always drawing gas, not liquid?
