Cheers mate, now that all my moving has been completed I can start the build of the tray area. This will be a slow build as it is wet season here and as the name goes it can get very wet and humid. But I can measure things up and make sure that my layout design will in fact work.

We have already done it with 4 kids to the tip two times with a standard 100 series (or105 in our currency), just through the gulf countrie with a volkswagen kombi with 4wd (t3 Syncro).

finally got my act into gear after moving and have bolted on my tool boxes.

Bolts and washers and Nylock nuts should do the trick.
