Go to home depot and buy a metal chop blade for your circular saw and just chop em. A vise and a hand saw will work as well. Metal blades are less than 10 bucks.

Sorry I wasn't clear, Im all good with the frame. I just need some help with the cover itself. I don't think my wife's sewing machine will cut it!:Wow1:

You might find a local boat or awnin shop to seam it for you. A good ole sewing machine( granny's) would be nice
to have. A good steel needle. I have a sewing machine that I have used to make canvas covers for a few military truck
bench seats. You just need to take your time. Good luck.

Sorry if I am stating the obvious, but you will need to cut half of the total amount off EACH SIDE of the crossmembers, since they are bowed in the middle. If you cut everything off on one side you may be unhappy with the result.

Definitely a good reminder!:wings: I actually wasn't thinking much about it until I spread it all out on the floor yesterday then it came to me!

I snapped a couple pics of the tonneau frame when I got it cut and in place. The brackets that hold it in place also work! :wings: I started to begin trimming up the cross member, but the kiddo woke from his nap!

But patience is so very hard when I want it DONE!:victory:

I dropped the tonneau cover off to day to get fit to my custom frame. Should be back by the end of next week.

I am in Rochester, NY, so I will get your weather a day before you do. All next week looks to be in the fifties. That is great driveway working weather in my book, and since tomorrow is daylight savings time you have an extra hour of daylight at night!

Looks like it's here for this week. I was able to finish up my POR15 on the frame yesterday. I hope to prime the box this week. :wings:
