Grabbed some Raptor take offs this weekend.....all four for $700

Not too too pleased with BFG ATs, but I will run em till I can find some better tires and sell these

These have 11/32 tread life left and new they are 15/32

700 bucks is a good price! Nice find. My cap is wired poorly too. Tied into the driver side blinker. Someday I will have to open it up and fix it.

Yeah good price, hopefully I can sell my old set of tires and wheels and buy some better tires, just not a BFG fan.......

I am rewiring everything next weekend, since the cap is off, its a good time

Plus adding the 3 hole outlet panel will help

Anyone looking for good used Ford factory drop in liner?

What a shame how bad someone wired up a $3000 Cap......I like how they tied into the battery lugs near the fuse panel, but they used 3-4 different wires, all tapped into and crimped into each other.......and cheaped out and only used a few feet of wire loom

I will re-do it, and re-do it correctly

I wonder if the small jumper wire is for the brakes, and illuminates the 3RD brake light.......I will find out

This is the 3 hole, switched 12V outlet that I am going to mount in the bed, after the cap is reinstalled

It came with a small lead section of 18G wire.......but what gauge should I run to it for power?

The Streamlight that will get plugged into it draw less than 1 amp, but I will need to run the power wire from the battery to the rear of the bed.....maybe 18-20 feet?

I think that 16G stranded would suffice, but I am open to suggestions

Time to put the cap back on.......need to just re-wire it now, with adding in 3 hole outlet panel

The truck only sagged 1/4" after the cap was installed

Cleaned the windows up and put two coats in RainX on the glass

The Raptor take off tires are close in height, just wider tread........ like I wanted

Now I just need to decide if I want to mount the take off Raptor set I found or sell the BFG tires (not a fan) first, and find better tires

I made the "power distribution center" today, using some 1/8" thick aluminum flat stock and 1/8" thick aluminum 4"x4" angle

The two Streamlights are mounted on the 4"x4" angle and are rock solid, love it

Mounted the three hole (switchable) accessory outlet and will run the power wire and ground to it next

I also need to rewire the two LED strip lights in the cap and the 3RD brake light

I bought a $5 clamp and used the bed clamps to secure it.......there is also a volt meter plugged in, so I can monitor things
