I love the rack. Thank you for updating with photos of your build process. Following cummins forum and the other ram sites, you see a few nice trucks and alot of crap builds with huge un useable lifts and giant brostance wheels and rubber band tires.

Thanks, I'd rather have the function side of things, over form.

Worked on my battery box. My two pc1200s tested bad, so they gave me two new ones under warranty.

I decided I can use the existing spare tire holder to mount my battery box, the original location I chose was going to get crashed by the rear track bar. Going to cut the nuts off the bottom, shave it flat, then bolt the box to it.

The revised box. Probably going to be terminal up, but I'm cutting the cover to fit either way.

I'm wiring everything with 1/0, we have it by the spool here, and we have these ************ cable ends that are effortless.

Chuck cable end in vice.

Apply torch heat, it melts solder and flux which are inside the cable end. Insert stripped wire.

Heat shrink ends and voilà.

Got all the negatives made, and the parallel 12v. Still need to run cable to the breakers and solenoid.

Looking good.
I like those Quick Fusion cable ends, thanks.I just watched the youtube instructional...looks like even I can do it.:)
I was hoping there was a way to use the stock spare tire carrier bolts to mount a battery as I don't know if I want to cut that off.

Kings installed, 37s back on, thuren rear susp set up. Thuren front end with carli track bar thats got to go.

Totally happy with my new suspension, rides great. Im guessing due to my COG the tail wags a bit. Ill either build my own track bar for the rear or get a carli drop bracket.

Why do you want to switch out the Carli front track bar? What are you going with and why. I have the Synergy and the only issue I have is that it is the old bushing design and the adjuster sleeve became tough to turn as if it was beginning to gall. That could have very well been my fault somehow. I can say that the v1 poly bushings do not hold up to death shake. :) Driving a truck with a missing track bar bushing is unnerving.

The carli bar has an fk uniball on one side and a johnny joint on the other.

The uniball went bad at 5500 in, then again 8000 miles in and makes a creaking noise.

Im getting thurens bar which has a bushing instead, just preference.
