This is the best advice. I wanted to love the 3rd gen Taco when they were released. First time I sat in a customers I realized I could never own one because the seating position, roof height etc drove me crazy.

Would this mean changing the gearing in transmission and rear dif?
I honestly believe the 3.3 V6 should also be an option.

The ranger would likely run the same running gear as the Bronco. Either the 4.47 if sold with 35 inch tire capability, or the standard go to 3.73 used in the current ranger.

Who knows.
One would think they would have the same transmission too.
Regearing a Ranger with a factory locker isn't cheap, the factory ring gear is welded to the carrier to save weight and help mpg/nvh... so you gotta get a new carrier.
Open diff is bolted on like normal.

Surely that changed for Tremor/Raptor?
Our Bronco has 4.46 with 32's from the factory...

3.73 gear set is used by Ford in several applications the F150, Heavy Tow Expedition, Ranger etc.
Id guess the 3.73 is most likely

Looks like Tremor is still 3.73, not seeing anything on the Raptor.
But on one hand the Raptor is more of a higher speed thing which lower gearing may not be such a big deal. On the other hand the Bronco Raptor has 4.70 differential gears.
