Good thread and Info..
will be interesting to see which way you will turn.
Mine is a 06 Double Cab and its been amazing to discover that I have had to recently replace the lower control arms due to the factory bushings providing to much slop. All of the bushings on the steering rack have been replaced with the poly bushings plus the sway bar rubbers. Went with the uniball upper arms and the Icon coil overs. Here is where you want to get specific as I did not realize they would put 600# springs on them and they sagged within a month before the discovery. So rounded up some 700# ones and so far they are holding up. (keep in mind I have the full set of Skid row skid plates, Weld on sliders, Dual batteries, plus the ARB front bumper, but no winch yet till I do the front frame fix.)so its heavy up front.
Did a high speed run down a 20 mile section of washboard road and it handled it well.
Front suspension is finally tight and handles like it is on rails.
3 leaf hd add a leafs for the rear with 5100's
Fuel mileage questions are for the birds if you have to ask I would say go by a prius. My truck is for the fun and offroad capabilities.
