Maybe we need a RV section since the B+ and C classes little more than a van....

Here is my rig...(1983 G3500 6.2L turbo 400 aluminum frame camper with fibreglass panels..

Great looking rig! Looks clean, that rig looks to be ahead of its time, what make is it? Vanguard?
I think there certainly is a place for these B+ and class C's in the expo world, more and more are being used.

Wow great convoy.

You have incredible vision, you see the potential in something that most people don't see then you've got the talent to modify that ordinary piece into something quite extraordinary to suit your needs. And they always turn out to be quite ************.

Hahaha thanks Tony!

Well i certainly love the searching and the building process. After I go through the build and use it for a trip or two I realize things i'd do differently the next time, so then it begins again where I start looking for something that I think just might be a better fit. This one I think is a great fit so far and have really enjoyed it.

It is a Brougham RV

It was fully loaded from the factory.... Aircon, microwave, 4000watt propane generator, fridge, hot water, double sink, full fridge, etc.... It only has 79,000miles... It gets around 15-18mpg with the 6.2L little slow on climbs....

I have an eye out for a NV4500 5 speed with transfercase and eventually a dually D60 for the front...

Why a grown adult has to pull this thread up and go back through it four times a day is beyond me but I just can't help myself. I guess that means I am getting close to figuring out the next step.

Went on a few trips in the fall, out to Oregon to hit up the dunes with the family and another trip into the good ole' rockys for a few days of cross country dirt biking.
Un-hooked the trailer and took the motorhome right down by the river, thats a big reason why i built this rig was to camp in some of the best locations where other rigs usually don't even try to get to.
I have to say this Ujoint kit is amazing and rides sooo good, even pulling a trailer. A number of other vans i've owned with 4wd conversions were scary to drive at the best of times without pulling.

Does your dad still have your old Ford that I saw him driving in Moab a year and a half ago? It wasn't in the last "Moab Convoy" pic.
