Now to fit the 120' stainless coil in the brew cell (fuel cell) the bottom needed to be removed. Once the coil was fitted and lines ran through -8an bungs, it was time to stich it back together!

With the brew cell back in one piece, the -8an caps had to be modified to act as furreals and allow the ss line to pass through the opening and the fitting to seal the connection to the cell. The idea behind this is that the beer touches nothing but stainless steel the entire was through the system.

After testing for leaks, it was time to fit the cell in the fridge. Like a glove!

Lines bent and connected, not easy to in coil and then bend the ss lines neatly but it will do!

Finding a CO2 tank to fit inside the dairy compartment of the ARB 82qt was no easy task. It was finally narrowed down to a 24oz paintball tank that fit the requirements. A Drake off road fire extinguisher mount was used along with well nuts and stainless hardware to secure the tank mount and regulator. The regulator was taken apart and put back together and together to find the right combination to fit snugly in the fridge.

Now all that remains is some R&D in co2 pressures and desired temps.

If you happen to stop by the James Baroud booth at OEXeast after hours, stop by camp and enjoy a frosty beverage!

I hate you...

Seriously, cool idea, and nice execution.

Although, that just might be the most expensive jockey box ever made :Wow1:

Nice pics! I really wanted to go this year, but my sister-in-law decided to get married. Didn't even ask if I had any plans that weekend.

I recently took the plunge and upgraded my AEV Bilstein 5100 shocks with a set of Old Man Emu BP-51 adjustable shocks. Since the release of these I have been drooling over the idea of an internal bypass shock with reservoirs coated in an anodized coating that has a 3 year warranty. (Clutch for N.E. salty winters)

Installing these shocks required removing the front AEV Shock relocation brackets, but otherwise a seamless highly detailed installation that took a few hours after work.

I decided to cut the inner fender liners up front a tad lower than the OME instructions to give the reservoirs a little protection from road debris and salt, but also trim the front to expose a little OME sticker. ;)

After that it was down to some good old forklift flex testing...
