Opinions about Land Cruiser 200 ?

Very nice to see these trucks being wheeled. I think that time will prove that they are truly awesome rigs.

I'm with Alvaro. If they ever offer the TD that might be the tipping I need. Perfect for everything up to Class IV type trails. And maybe a bit more with 37's like the Artic Truck.

A little cutting here and there on the front and back and you'd have better approach and departure angles than the hundy...and probably better than the 80 anyway. Push a button and get 4" of lift when/if needed otherwise you've got a great rig when getting to/from the trails/overland routes.

Hello all! This is my first post on Expedition Portal so please be kind. I have been reading this thread and thought it might be time to have someone who has a 2008 LC200 chime in. I do use this rig for everything from light expedition, wheelin and daily driving, and after owning 25+ cars, I am done. This is the one car I have owned that actually meets all needs, and meets them well.

Take a look at what ArcticTrucks has done to solve some of the problems. My only problem, is it doesn't specify the amount of suspension lift...

Ther are 20mm lift on suspention on 35" and 20mm suspention lift and 30mm body lift on 37" on the LC 200.

I have testet the LC 200 on 35" and it a fantastic car with a fantastic setup by ArcticTrucks.:smiley_drive:

200 won the T2 division at Dakar again.

Looks like they won it again in T2 even thou the results are hard to come by.

Dakar 200 is Turbo Diesel.

Wasn't referring to Dakar. Praying they don't kill the 5.7L in their flagship due to Cafe here in the US. They better not.
