Overland Vehicle Gear Website For Sale

I'm continuing to work on this site. I just added the complete line of Baja Design's lights (343 products, now needing to organize into proper categories).
A couple things to clarify:
This is NOT an existing / functioning business for sale. There is no profit loss sheet, there are no sales records, there is no inventory or other assets along with it. I built this site from the ground up with the intention to sell. I feel I have an understanding of this market and know how to produce a site that will perform - I had no intention of starting a new business to manage. I am a web developer making a site to specifically to hone in on this market. To date I have not even turned the shopping cart on, so there is no sales records for me to produce.
The proof is in this site's current stats. For example it currently ranks #1 on Google for "overland vehicle parts".
I honestly figured this would be an easy sell, to a company in this market that sees it's value. If I don't find a buyer I am considering working with a company in this market that will take it on to manage customer service and further development in return for agreed upon percentage of profits. (I've changed my backup plan as stated earlier) I simply do not have the time to manage a site like this - as far as it's customer service needs that it would require.

So out of curiosity, if I was to go to your site, add a couple products to my cart, check out and pay for the goods, what would happen next? If it's not an operating business, what happens the orders that come through the site right now??

Welcome to the wonderful world of e-commerce flipping. People build up nifty little sites and sell them off as home based businesses with 100% drop shipped product with clever wording implying it's a brick and mortar business. There is an "overland" business in my area that operates similarly.
