Got a fancy heavy duty removable chopping block installed in our kitchen that will be wedged across the stairway for cooking indoors in bad weather and could be taken outside for nice conditions food preparation. Will do well with our heavy duty Chinese cleavers for pulverising stuff into mash. :chef:
