Partner stove ?

Snowpeak makes a pretty nice stove (GS 220?) that uses small canisters vice large propane tanks. This is not a bad choice if you carry a small personal stove as well, you can use the canisters for both, cutting down on weight. It got pretty good reviews in the Overland Journal, though the Partner did nab first place.

I am in the market for a stove as well, and have been between these two stoves for a while. Just waiting for something to push me in one direction or another...

I am in need of a new propane three burner stove for camping, I may have to look into these.

I like how the grille has been fixed too.

Now I do not have room currently to bring along a big propane tank, I currently use the Coleman cylinders.
Can they work with this stove too?

Thanks for the info, I will look into that.
They seem like a very simple functional stove.
My current Hillary (Sears) has the auto light feature which is nice, you push a red button to make the spark when you turn the gas on.

I take it the Partner stove does not have that feature?
If not, it would be a good addition.

I know what you mean about backyard camping.
I have had my penthouse now since mid March, and have not got out camping yet.

Will be going over the Memorial Day weekend for about three days, but I am tempted to sleep in it tonight :D

That is the link.
I like the two burner with the windscreens, those are a must.

I do not see a three burner with a windscreen though, and I would rather have three burners with windscreens.

That would be the one. Yes the guys over at AT supplied the stove. I picked it up on Monday along the with AT skid plates, I mean can holders! Currently thinking about a mounting solution.

Graci! Looks like they fixed the grate issue. Nice to know they respond to their customer's input!

Igniter?

Reading the reviews & experiences here, and in OJ about this stove, I am thinking I might finally replace my ancient Benzomatic stove. The review said it has an igniter built-in, and I think Corey asked this as well, but I didn't see this in pictures or mentioned on Partner's website. Is it a piezo-electric type that is part of the burner knobs? Thanks - John
