RgnNxn08, that is a sick set-up...once I get the issues on the WJ all figured out a think a Northern CO run is in order, and although our screen-names tell me we might not agree on politics a little offroading sounds like a great idea.

I tried Deer Valley a few years ago but the river crossing out of Blue Lakes was WAY too deep from the snow run off. Did you start on the lakes side or hwy 4?

I try to run Deer Valley at least a two to three times during the yr. In this photo we ran it from hwy 4 to blue lakes.

Indio eh? Not too too far from Yuma, up there above the Salton Sea, must head into Anza Borrego a bunch I bet...thanks for sharing the pics!!

Probably to reduce the chance of coming back to a cut open top and having things pilfered and/or to have the AC work better.

I'm in the DC Metro Area, and I only bought a hardtop with my new JK. I replaced too many tops on my YJ along with several radio's. Heck, I even had the entire soft top stolen one time on my YJ.
