Thanks. I've never wanted to do a lift on it but so many people say the AEV 2.5 rides "better than stock", it gets hard to ignore. I'll look into the MC one as well.
I’m a fan of AEV. I like pretty much everything they make.

My wife was the first to drive ours after the lift and she was pleasantly surprised. Both she and my teen daughter like it a lot more with the MC lift. Just rides and handles better all the way around.

13 JKUR 3.5" Metal Cloak lift with Bilstein 5100 shocks. GREAT setup, the 33s are a little small, but I go everywhere I need to go. The rear springs are a little weak when loaded up so I think airbags are in the future. These photos are from the talented Nathan Anderson on our last trip in the Ozarks.

2019 -- I used to keep a spreadsheet of all the stuff added to it, but I gave up :)

Montechie, who's rear bumper do you have on your LJR?
Both the front and rear bumpers are JCR Offroad. The back can be set up to carry 2 Rotopax 2gallon containers (pictured) or other tools like your jack, etc. They've held up well over the 4-5 years I've had them, with yearly greasing the swing pivot and touch up paint for the rock kisses.

Having gotten a new computer decided to go through and organize my photos and make sure things transferred appropriately. Came across these from 5 or so years ago when working near the Olympics. Not high quality photos, but good memories. Wynoochee basin is a pretty special place with many secrets to be found.

@PCO6 that is very tempting! Always loved a simple 2 door (and actually wanted one over the 4dr)
I plan to finish up the build some more and travel/live full-time out of it, making the extra popup space valuable.
For a weekend camper it definitely has some novelty too.
