I was pretty pleased with how well I was able to pack everything in my TJ for a 3 day trip:

Took off my roof mounted light bar, and move the lights to the bumper earlier today. Definitely liking the look.

I'm not really sure why I just now got a notice to look at the thread. I posted a bunch of photos of my 45 Willys 3 pages back. Lol this is my 12 Jk.

That FC-150 is a beauty! So jealous, definitely one of the coolest Jeeps ever made.

Thanks everyone. I first saw it back around 2000 when I bought some parts from the guy and fell in love with it. A couple years ago he called me needing to make some room and I couldn't pass it up for what he wanted for it. The body wasn't perfect in that picture but is real solid. I've been doing bodywork knocking out dents that were skimmed over and blocking it down the right way. The cab corners and floor pans do need to be replaced along with a few other pitted areas. He did it right by going with a Curried built HP Dana 44 with disc brakes in the rear, and a Wagoneer 44 front cut down to match. The box is basically new too since he had all new metal bent up for it and welded it back up to match the original box. It also came with a new windshield and wheels/tires that have only seen the sun for a few minutes. Hopefully they are highway worthy still since they look and feel brand new. :p

That's awesome! I don't think I have ever seen one of those before

Honestly, all but maybe 3 people who have seen it has said the exact same thing. Haha. I can't wait to get it on the road and haul the tent trailer I have listed in my sig line behind it.

I've run in to maybe 12 most rusting in backyards......ran into one nice one in cedar falls Iowa and have kicked myself ever since for not buying it although I was far from home.
They few and far between now.

Yep, definitely not something you can just go and find parts for out in a salvage yard. Even though the timing wasn't right for me to buy mine back then, there is no way I was going to let it pass. If anyone is serious about finding one, I'll keep an eye out for one if so.

On that note for you FC lovers, check out thefcconnection.com. There are tons of pictures and tons of knowledge about them too. They have a forum linked off of there too that typically has FC's listed for sale if someone sees one listed. They have a big FC Roundup in Phoenix that I need to make it to some day too. Maybe it can be done with my tent trailer once I get mine done, and some others can join in on the way. :p

I've got one near my home that looks to be in pretty good shape, but who knows how long its been sitting in the cow pasture it now calls home. And down the highway near Plains MT there is a jeep graveyard that has a few but they've been scavenged for parts. You could probably take them and put them together into one though.
