Post pics of your "other" outdoor hobbies!

but I now I have to consider toys that my wife can enjoy also, and bicycles is not one of those unfortunately.

...that sucks...

...if you ever want to get some travel back under you feel free to head up this way... I've got some spare rigs and plenty of good trails:bike_rider:

That would be awesome. If we ever get a CO trip planned I will try and make that part of the intinerary!:wings:

This is one of my free time things. Dang-how do you get these not to just be attachments?

Nice dune shots, we are heading out there in 2 weeks if you want to tag along. This will be our 1st dune trip in 2 years. I miss it so bad!!!!
And he is taking his Father along for his first time ever. Hope I do not end up a speed bump out there. I am probably more a novice quad rider than I would care to admit.

gtab-if you've never been, you need to come east and ride the dragon, you would love it. 318 insane curves in 11 miles of rolling mountain ridge highway. Google "tail of the dragon" and/or US hwy 129 and check it out. The pic of my old Mini Cooper S was taken along that road on one of the tamest stretches.

Fishing is really secondary here, the boat is my other hobby. I've built 2 canoes and the skiff pictured here. Wooden boats are an addiction!

Nice looking skiff Dave! I've got some build plans for a skiff similar to that we call a core sound skiff around here. This one is a center console with a motor well and is the boat still used by many commercial fishermen on the shallow tidal creeks and bays just inside of the outerbanks. If I ever get my garage cleaned out I might be able to start it! The plans are a little vague as these boats were built as the outerbankers would say "by the reckon" in that they didn't need plans because they had built so many.
