This was the first landie I had, a Series 3 Lightweight with a 2.25 petrol engine. 1972 built but on a 1980 plate when it was demobbed.
The numberplate fell off, honest...

It had a few engine changes. You could say it was a learning experience owning a landie. 3 engines in 5 years
We all make mistakes... Although perhaps having to be winched out backwards downhill by the Rangie....
