Shake down trip recently with my Isuzu 4BD1 powered Australian Army Perentie Land Rover, and Camper Top on an Army Engineers trailer. 2000kms in a 25 year old bus, and no problems at all.

But I think I finally got the dash the way I want it.
I have my iPad mini mounted with a Ram suction mount on the oem nav screen, Garmin Nuvi mounted on a proclip mount, and a proclip mount for my iPhone 6s Plus.
All the Bluetooth goes through a hanzeek Bluetooth car kit with an inline noise isolator.
It seems like overkill. Ok...it IS overkill, but now I can run waze, Spotify, and GPS all at the same time. Oh, my Garmin also came with the wireless backup camera.
A couple of days out in the north of Scotland with my son, and my nephew from Norway who's over for a visit and hitching about and camping. No drama, apart from a gale, too much rain, and a clunking rear A frame joint. At least we had a few nice camping spots and rather fine malt whisky!
