New to this forum and this is my '95 that I bought in June '16. I restored the suspension with all new parts up front (new shocks rear) and running old 16x5 FJ steel wheels with Good Year MTR. The truck drove great and didn't leak a drop of oil although it did burn a bit.

After deciding I really like the Montero, I started shopping for a better overall condition one I wanted to keep, so I sold the '95 the first week of Dec. after roughly 6 months with it and picked up the '99 Gen 2.5 a week later. So far so good, love the new truck.

Details on those bumpers please.

Previous owner had a friend that built armor for Toyota's and he dropped the monty off at said friends house and had front, rear and sliders made up. the rear is a swing out and the front has a winch box between those frame horns but it's a rather small box so finding a suitable winch for the right price has been challenging

Don't piss down my back and tell me it's raining.
Out wheeling for the last week and came across an amazingly large specimen of Juniper that towered over our rigs!

Damn I miss my rig when it gets like this, last week I was out at 6am waiting for an uber to get to work, and it was -12F, never been in that kind of cold in my life I had three layers of gloves and still went numb... suffering from a cold from that day now.

Had I brought my SR I would of have been fine, missed out on a GEN 2 up in Longmont last week, still on the look out for another but I own too many cars as it is. Still we got 13'' in a day, that was insanity.

no snow on the trails in Big Bear either I see, went to Arrowhead myself over the weekend and was hoping for snow, but had plenty fun in the mud instead
