Hello good afternoon, I am Mario Zamora from Chile, since 2016 I did not post since I was away from the 4x4 a couple of years ago, a few months ago I began to build a project that leaves unfinished, it is a mitsubishi montero 2.5 year 2000, I put a front differential of land cruiser series 80, crowns 4.9 and I am designing a double transfer with the original reducer from mitsubishi, the suspension was designed for 40 "tires using those of a friend, but I will start with 37 to save for 40, I will open a post telling details.

I'd love to see pics of the double Mitsu transfer case, i've wanted to do that one myself. nice truck.

The Monty is at the stereo shop for a double din apple car play head unit so we can run the GAIA GPS maps on a 7 inch screen and a CB install and running the HAM radio external antenna as well.

What unit did you go with? This is one of the upgrades we’re wanting to make to our 2004.

Before and after, proof it does do some offroad work. went for a run to exmouth and back to perth last week. hit some rain along the coast, some serious hours to get that salty mud off.

I used Monstaliner in Desert Sand color. It's a roll on liner, not sprayed.

It looks really good, we have a 2nd Montero with really bad paint, thinking this is the best option. Do you recommend a good place to buy it from, and how much did you need?

Do your research before you commit. It's a lot of work, but the results are rewarding. Lots of good how-to vids on youtube.

Let me present you my 2003 Pajero 3.2 did manual.
Car was pretty much stock when I get it. After one year of ownership and trouble free exploatation i decided to give it some upgrades:





1. Projector headlights with angel eyes installed:


5cm (2inch) lift, leveling spacers installed:


Led light bar installed:



Bfg MT KM2 285/75 R16 installed:




Still awaiting 40mm wheel spacers to get wider stance.
