Am I the only one worrying about how quickly the fabric will rub through here

Seems like a larger mushroom top on the support would help reduce the chafing in a breeze.

It looks like a hybred of the Hannibal and the Foxwing. Both are my favorites! The only (sorta-kinda) downside on the Hannibal is its size. The only (sorta-kinda) downside on the Foxwing is the need for support poles. A

Any idea on retail price?

I was very impressed with the African Outback awning and that is coming from a die hard Hannibal fan.

I played with that awning at SEMA opening & closing it and now we get to hear some long term durabilty reports.

Congrats on the products Andrew, I know you will get good use of them all.

Do your rear seats fold flat...I am interested in a 100 but am looking for flat surface for sleeping...
Thanks
Matt

If your 5'6" or shorter you can sleep across the 2nd row no problem(and first row if needed). for the 100, best way to sleep is get/make some sort of platform that is level with the seatback when folded. The 100 seats tumble, so you can't quite sleep on the floor.

I took out the jump seats and stored them. The second row tumbles forward and with a pad you have a short sleeping surface. I'm 6' and would have to leave the tailgate open to stretch out. I otherwise have to sleep curled up or diagonally. I looked into roof top tents and that's not going to work for me. I also use the 470 as my daily driver and have a family so no mods. It limits me to using the rig for one or two nights at most.

Fortunately, I've also got a camping van. ;)

I am 5'9" tall and I sleep in the last row(no third row seats)..of course I am only 20 years old so I am not that picky about where I sleep lol In addition, I have a dual 12" sub box in the back, still sleep in a relaxed manner

That's one thing I really liked about my troopy...6'8" of sleeping room behind the front seats!

More about the AO rack.

The base of the AO rack system are the full length aluminum rails, attached to the factory roof rack mounts.

Aluminum feet, adjustable for height, attach using a captured nut system, which is used throughout the AO rack to attach accessories.

This particular rack came equipped with a single and double jerry can mount, along with a folding table that slides into tracks on the underside.

Jerry can mounts are stout, with adjustable cam locks; capable of being padlocked.

Top quality workmanship, lightweight; with a low profile. What more can you ask for in a roof rack!?
