Radio reception problem 06 LR3

So driving down the road one day, the reception in my 2006 LR3 just tanked. One second it was fine, the next it was poor. Shortly after that, I had the cracked pano roof replaced (pre-existing condition), and they had to take off the antenna to replace the glass, but that didn't seem to change my reception any. I still get reception, it's just poor. It cuts in and out constantly even when city driving and easily in reception range. Any ideas?

Perhaps the connections are not thoroughly tightened? Or moisture intruded from the cracked panel and were not properly examined and fixed?

The radio antenna is in the passenger side rear window, not the antenna on top.
