One of my first few pics with my new Canon "nifty-fifty"... in the driveway, which is par for the course. I know that's an ExPo faux pas, but I'm just stoked about my new lens. ;)

I love how the off-road lights line up with the factory headlights, and the color-matched bumper is very cool, too! The lights make me think "four-eyes", but in a NICE way! They are so symetrical at that angle.

WHAT TIME IS IT!?
Well, time for the Merry-Christmas-Trooper, naturally.

Sorry, my camera is horrible at night shots.

I spied this Defender on a recent trip. He even had an IH8MUD sticker which I thought was kinda odd. It had an Alberta or BC license plate, can't recall exactly....

Spotted this guy on the same trip. Ironically, I saw him in Lander a few weeks before but didn't have my camera with me. The LC had Euro plates, no idea which country.

I wish I had stopped and visited with him but my time was short so I had to settle for a not-so-covert pic -

Land Rover afficianado's correct me, but I spied what I believe to be a Series IIA in Bandon, Oregon on the same trip. The camo curtains in the rear really appealed to me -

Next time you see this truck you need to covertly take some pictures of the inside.

Thanks for the clarification, kellymoe.

So for those of us who are only Land Rover neophytes, how does one discern a Series IIA from a Series III?
