Up to now I have not wanted a bumper on the front of my 07 tacoma dble cab bad enough to cause my wife concern about my wallet, but that just changed, The lines are really good and sits in a great position without appearing to be added on as an afterthought. Wife is going to shoot me.......

The sooner you can make something for the 1st Generation Tundras the better. Almost nothing out there aside from ARB.

I'll keep that in mind.

the only thing that concerns me is the gap betweel the bumper and fenders, when you get some flex the bumper for sure will be poking into the fenders unless there is at least a 1" gap


great fab work though!

Wes just adjusted it to that height. I usually leave mine adjusted all the way down which is right about a 1" gap.

That looks great. I especially appreciate how tight it is to the body. Too many of the bumpers seem to stick out unnecessarily in the front.

Lots of great Tacoma bumper options out there but keep in mind that some of that seemingly 'unnecessary' stick out is because the bumper is air bag compliant and thus has a bit more engineering behind the shell of the bar. For some its a deal breaker and for others its no big deal. Options are nice to have
