~snip~

I'll be interested when these go on sale. My lens covers are pretty glazed over and frosty even after a couple rounds of polishing. Light is sufficient but if I'm going to replace them anyway I might as well get something better. Any idea on pricing?

Head over to my website at www.vantageoptics.com and order up a set as we speak! I can support a quick turnaround time once I have the housings in the shop (they take a few days to receive once ordered). Feel free to shoot me an email or a call to talk over the options if you get lost.

Sema 2016 is a wrap!

Were back..... After a very long week at the Sema show in Las Vegas its a wrap for 2016! It was a good time as always but a lot of work at the same time, thanks to all that stopped by and said hello. If you guys are following us on social media you had the chance to see the reveal of the Chevrolet Quigley 4x4 build, if you don't?, then you will get a chance now to see the what we have been building for the last three months. We will go into more detail about the parts and and the completion of this ultra custom 3500 Express van.

Where do you guys want to start? outside, inside, suspension, lets hear it.........

Can you do a segment on the front bumper? I have a couple people with Chevy (GMC) vans that might be interested.

That's a beauty. It doesn't matter to me what is detailed first, I can't wait to read about it and drool over the pics.

I love this van. Great build! I saw pictures of that van through various SEMA feeds and wondered what the story was with it. It’s so nice to see a GM van build rather than the typical throwaway Ford E-van’s. Nice attention to details right down to the tasteful side windows.

Now, we just need someone to step up and build fender flares for these vans (hint, hint WARN and Bushwacker….someone!). Good grief, this body style G-van has been around 20 years and nobody builds flares for them. A G-van is definitely on my wish list of project vehicles.

Nice work!

Its crazy how the Chebby vans are literally everywhere but all the aftermarket support is so heavily Ford biased!

Chevrolet Quigley 4x4 suspension upgrade

I will get to more pics of the front bumper and some specifics.

As far as the front suspension goes it looks a little like this......

This kit includes:
*Boxed chromoly lower control arms, uniball upper and lower pivots.
*Billet upper control arms with heims and uniballs.
*Billet coilover adapter for stock coil bucket
*Billet steering with Heims
*Steering Adapter
*Tapered spindle adapter to uniball pins
* king Coilovers with optional IBP
* Hardware
This is for the Quigley 4x4 that have the 3" lift option. If you do not have that lift additional parts are required.

Details:
In the design of this kit our goal was to run 35" tires and 2.5 coilovers. To do so we moved the front suspension forward 1" in the new LCA & UCA. Keeping the stock front track width stock, the biggest limitation to massive travel is the CV joints. This kit will cycle 10-12" with no major issues and limited with straps to prevent unwanted CV bind. Stock the 4x4 had around 8 which is really good for torsion bars, I really wish we would have had some time to play with it before we tore into it to see what the torsion's were capable of. The new boxed chromoly lower control arms feature uniballs at all the pivots, while the upper control arm we went with machined billet 6061 aluminum and anodized it black. The billet coilover adapter is a direct bolt in part and allows for easy mounting of the King 2.5 shocks. The Really nice thing about this kit is going to be the King coilovers, with 20 clicks of adjustment on the compression on the IBP. It is really user friendly and allows for quick adjustment depending on the terrain or daily street driven vehicles. To finish off the kit we made billet tire rods with heims on both ends. Keeping with the factory mounting a machined adapter bolts to the stock steering while on the spindle side we made 17-4 stainless and heat treated pins.
This kit is 100% bolt on using all of the factory pivot points, however if you do run the remote reservoir the coil-bucket needs to be modified. This makes alignment easy with massive amounts of camber adjustment in the UCA.

In the rear we did our custom progressive leaf springs and eliminated the lift blocks. As with the front we added King 2.5 IBP with remote reservoirs. We really kept in simple in the rear.
We are looking forward to using this suspension and putting it use.

**** This kit will work with 2 wheel drive 2003-2016 Chevrolet 2500/3500 vans, with the ability to convert to 4x4.....:Wow1:
