Ronny is cool. He sure has some great and informative videos. Seems pretty down-to-earth and would be easy to get along with. ASPW, on the other hand, seems like an arrogant liberal prick. He does have some good content as well and very practical. They both put out good content

Who here has updated what they carry in their rig after watching Ronny's video?
I have a very nice soldering iron at home, but not a portable butane on for keeping in the rig.
Problem solved, and this one seems to be very nice from the Amazon reviews, and is the same as one of the Weller units, and is the same as the more expensive Snap-on one since this company actually makes it for Snap-on, but without the inflated price.

I have many of the tools he carries (at least the ones specific to my vehicle/camper) If I'm fixing something on the trail I generally think of it as being temporary, so I can go back to solder and heat-shrink things later. On the trail, I'll wrap wires and tape them.

I have been binge watching his videos. Signed up for patreon to start supporting him as well. Have already started utilizing some of his advice as I am currently building my LR3. One good tip that he nor ASPW mention is keeping your kitchen light by not getting a large propane and stove setup. Currently my entire kitchen setup fits in one front runner soft pack.
