San Rafael Swell - Canyonlands - Elephant Hill

Kids and scenery priceless! I only have a daugther which now is a Doctor in Medicine, but have 4 grandkids time to play with them in these great areas!

Another great write up! Thank you for sharing.

I need a to find the time to get out to Utah!

I have to say I'm offended by Liam having his shoes up on the rock walls in the joint trail. That is going to wear off a little sandstone everytime somone does that. A responsible parent would have had their children remove their shoes before doing that.

Awesome pictures again Adam. Love your trip reports. It's been fun watching your family grow.

Btw...did u travel to the south boundary? Past the joint trail? Doable?

Not sure where you mean? The boundary of Canyonlands toward Beef Basin? No we didn't. We drove to the turnaround at the Joint trail and made our way back out.

Thanks...yeah, wanted to see if you made it to the south boundary towards Beef Basin...NO worries...

Wish we could've made it out this past weekend. Looks like you had a great trip.

And cute kids too!

Thanks for the pics.

<sarcasm noted . . . plus, that RHD is sweet/>
