Got some stuff knocked off my Moab prep list. Picked up two more bottles from the local secondhand store for the washer fluid reservoir relocation project. My tire makes contact with it in the stock location at the front of the passenger wheel wheel. I ended up using the one on the right, which holds two quarts!

I got things secured to the Bedslide that have been rolling around for a while. Hi-Lift bolted to the side, spare tire strapped down, and shovel mounted to toolbox with Quick Fists.

65 qt RTIC cooler secured with lashing straps to the Bedslide-

Tools and recovery gear organized!

Drilled a hole to fit the pump, which has its own grommet. I am going to fit the bottle behind the air box and between the power steering fluid reservoir, so I whipped up this tray out of some scrap metal.

Painted. With thick enough steel, the tab on the front corner is all that is needed to mount this. With two quarts of fluid combined with the pump and bracket, it doesn't weigh more than 5 lbs.

This is how the tray sits-

Installed! Tube is shortened and reattached, wiring is rerouted, and the wires for the low fluid idiot light have been clipped. No light on the dash.

The bottle sits a little higher than most things in the engine bay. I stuck my phone inside and closed the hood to show how much room there is.

01Tundra/JJC made one that ended up being in front of his airbox, but that's where my HID ballast is so I had to figure something else out.

This might be super far off but I used to play competitive paintball when it was big. There was another guy on these forums who used the same username as you. If so we've played and met before. This would have been probably 10 years ago.

Lol. Knew it was a long shot. Interesting how you both ended up having the same idea on a username. Loving the build otherwise man. Well done.

I tore another CV boot, so I pulled my axles and rebooted them with Bates Porche 930 boots. I had them on my stock CVs and they were great... I didn't tear one in 5 years. I also built my spare. I don't have a comparison photo but they're about double the size of the stock inner boots.

Added ditch lights. Not sure that I'm a fan of how they look, but I need to get them wired and give them a shot. Also added amber covers to my LED fogs.

Pulled my J-shift transfer case to install the FROR twin stick. I wish I did it when I installed the case the first time, but I was on a time crunch. This is the writeup I used - https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/clints-1997-reg-cab-build.280433/page-13

interlock pin has to be removed to allow the two shift forks to move independently-

The overlapping tab on the far right has to be ground off-

Shifters on to make sure it's all working like it should-

Used a snowmobile swaybar from my scrap pile to extend the shifters 6" to line up with the tray in the doublecab center console-

I got another junkyard console because I hacked up the last one. Pretty happy with how the finished product turned out.

Got some wiring to do Friday and I'm ready for Rock Therapy.

Note to self. Do twin stick before doing j shift case lol.
Again. The shifters look awesome. Nicely done.

Have fun at rock therapy. Sucks I can't make it. Sequoia summit next year though.

Thanks for posting transfer case info and pics. I'm starting mine tomorrow. Could you repost the couple of pictures you had on the front diff shift position? Thanks for all the great ideas and info.

I recently found out that you can download an add-on for google chrome that will let all the photobucket pictures show up on any forum, pretty sweet.
