The Mackerel with lemon and dill looks amazing. Oh, the lamb chops were making my mouth water as well.

Great pictures. Never get to see the results of all those risers i have sent out over the years. Snow Peak had me send them some pictures for their blog.

I think that there should be a new rule for this discussion. If you are going to put up pictures of good looking food then the recipe must follow. :)

Is the regular size Hozuki Lantern being discontinued? REI no longer lists it and it is hard to find online compared to the mini-version.

Probably just out of stock for now. I have both sizes and like them both aside from the rubber ring around the outside. Tends to slip off when packed. Otherwise the big one is good for table/kitchen lighting and the small one is great for the tent...

Thank you. That is the best price I've seen. I have the regular lantern and am getting this for some friends as a wedding present.

(posted this in my sig line link also but figured worth posting here to)

we are loving the tramezzino
http://snowpeak.com/collections/cooking/products/tramezzino-gr-009
we have a few other cast iron pie pans but loving this one more :) easier to clean up, short folding handles so packs super small and super even cooking not a fire pit setup though :) but so many burn bans here ? tend to use it on the stove more also no worries of rusting ever etc..

bread pizza pies the kids love and have to say pretty darn good for a late night treat

my recent breakfast idea that was a huge hit my one kid does not like sausage but IMHO must have also works with bacon
first cook the eggs in the setup so its the same shape then take out put in the hash brown then egg then meat then cover with more hash browns
