From what I have learned you will need ground power or a portable generator (Honda 2000) in order to run your AC unit.

Well I guess I either need a generator or plan my Summer camping in established campgrounds hahaha.

Found some pics with the awning side walls on. We use those a lot in cold or windy conditions. These are from our trip to the Expo.

Also yes you will need a generator for AC UNLESS... pause for dramatic effect... you use a little 12v swamp cooler. Scott runs one in this tents and trucks when its miserably hot. He says it works pretty well

Interested in one of these. Happen to have a source on these? I've seen some homemade ones but it would be nice to see if there are any ones made for this purpose.

I would recommend the fantastic fan over the small one they also have offered. The fantastic fan can really move some air.

Yeah Yulli I did go with the 14" Fantastic Fan.

I had the fan venting air outward and it was pulling my drapes inward it was pulling that hard. It was only on the first setting too.

I like the 4Runner just wish I could talk my wife into one. She's happy with her Explorer but I would like to have an alternative tow rig that is 4WD.
