Juniper Overland did the suspension and Camper. To be honest I’m not sure if it has the extra leaf option. Truck was built knowing the camper would be on it 70%. I’m currently out of town but can check for you in about a month. Truck rides great with or without the camper so I’m happy with the performance and the airbags also help
