130k miles a across 2 vans, with current one reaching 70k literally 0 issues with turbo or anything else serious.

Most serious issue was the exhaust slipping the rear hanger and burning the wiring harness on the rear axle.

After a bit of back and forth mercedes warranty repaired (replaced) that leg of the harness.
The vans have quirks for sure, but reliability of late model NC3V and VS30 vans has been good in my experience.

Zero on my NCV3 and one on my VS30 at 45k

I believe Garrett switched from billet to cast, had problems and switched back to billet on the 3.0 engines.
