Starting over again for the last time 2016 jku rubicon hard rock

Oddly curious why you don’t like toyo mt? One of the best tires on the market. Especially for a heavier rig.

heavy , loud , any vehicle I’ve driven with them always has a wondering feeling no matter how good the alignment is , lots of vibration when turning at low speeds . Best tire on the market I would really have to say no to . Their AT tire is great but the MT has always been so so IMOP. Lots of better tires on the market . And I wouldn’t call a jeep a heavy rig . I have to run them at 28 psi to keep them running flat and true .

By heavier rig I mean like 3/4 ton diesel. Maybe that’s why I don’t see the same
Complaints you have. I’ve never had them on a lighter vehicle.
And I would disagree with your at statement, I hate those tires ?

not trying to argue, everyone has different likes. I was just curious.

Have been working on getting a little more storage space inside the rig with some little pockets and these bags that hang on the rear rollbar . The bags actually fit quite a bit of stuff so far I have
Tool roll
Socket set
Tow strap
Clevis
Change of clothes
Flashlights
Rain gear
Hats/gloves
Blanket

Doing some cleaning out in the garage and came across this folding shelf I had made and got me to thinking , how much room would it take up to make a folding tailgate table that my stove could be mounted to , let’s call this version 1.0 ADE5F975-FA69-4AD3-AA04-EA268A09624D.jpeg47BE68D8-56BE-4F78-98CB-8684C8EF7A8C.jpeg8A966F2F-67ED-4C26-8341-69D87AD2E612.jpeg

I loved mine for just that reason. Plenty out there off the shelf or inspiration for DIY

Headed out on Father’s Day to do a little exploring, found some great views and some testing of the suspension. Works so much better than stock at soaking up bumps . 50647800-4761-47F5-B069-284113DB8D34.jpegEF494960-9581-46BA-9A2E-41C6CBA62896.jpeg16A6101D-B29A-4075-920D-C5CA17DF2B6A.jpegFC985489-4847-42A0-8576-18783EFCF93F.jpegF16E7C01-7A1D-4B93-BE4A-E82886807ED2.jpeg7642E568-E9CA-4E11-875C-8FACC076AE41.jpeg855B56FF-2658-4A99-8F4C-E2E80CBEB6C7.jpeg11B2FA2B-B725-4DD9-8AA9-43BE6C920594.jpeg110365FF-09A0-421D-A2B1-8DF447A5F87D.jpeg24F46D7C-4E23-4F16-AAE7-3DAADCAD904D.jpeg

Definitely need to swap tires here soon .For one I don’t care for toyos or MT tires for that matter and I could use a few less rpms on the freeway to probably gain a mpg or two View attachment 663156View attachment 663157

That's a lot of RPMs for the speed. Manual? I think mine is doing around 75+ at 2500 with the auto. I'm also not getting anything remotely close to 20mpg either... When it was stock, 22mpg on a few trips. That's a distant dream now.

no it’s a auto also . I think it has 4.10s so that should be part of the problem
