I haven't installed yet. I'm waiting until after our rubicon trip at the end of August. I don't feel like potentially bashing it up on that trail. I can't wait to see your process! I'm excited to get it installed.

Some sort of lost...
I wouldn't be surprised if he still had those Tuesday appointments when you call on Thursday.

I had my hands full and forgot to call Friday. I have plans late this week so I'm headed in next Monday for my re-route. Please post pictures and thoughts when yours is done tomorrow!

Seems to be the consensus. People have them sitting around after purchase and no one using them yet.

Just got back from another 5k trip and really could have used mine if the time frames on delivery were correct. Mine will be finished up this afternoon. Have a couple errands to take care of first.

There are a couple folks using them. I'm just very deliberate with my mid schedule/order and I isn't want to be held back by order/delivery time for the tank. Now I can dive in at any moment!! That moment will likely be in September.

I'll be curious to see what you think!

Got the exhaust re-route, re-route done today! He only charged me $45 to fix what I didn't properly spec the first time. Can't argue with that! Plus, he took the time to lift my skid plate into place as much as he could to make sure that everything would clear. Very cool guy. If you need exhaust work done in the Portland/Vancouver area, Kasey at Punk's is great. Here's the re-re-routed exhaust.

Since I don't have an appropriate 220/50amp plug in the garage just yet, I couldn't modify my skid plate myself. I took it to a local shop to have the exhaust drop cut out and patched. Looking forward to that smooth belly! It may take up to two weeks to get it back. Oh well, I have plenty of other stuff to do while I wait.

All of the factory exhaust flanges are still there. The back one (the only one you can see in the photo) is just moved back a ways. I imagine you could pull the driveshaft with the exhaust in place. It would just take a little more effort...fiddling. The transmission might be the same. However, I would think you're going to take off the factory exhaust crossover anyway if you're pulling a tranny.

I get that! I'll keep you posted on how that looks next time I'm under the truck (this weekend). And another verification that it works with my skid plate when I get that back (in a week or two).
