**Tepui RTTs and Accessories**

My wife and I are interested in a tepui RTT but we would like to take a look at on before we purchase. Would anyone know of a place to look at one that is close to Syracuse, UT?

Me! I'm in Syracuse and sell Tepui tents. give me a call at 801-710-8110. You're more than welcome to come see my two tents.

Sorry for the lack of responses from me over the past week. I was in Ouray, CO for FJ Summit last week with limited access to the forums. Also, I just started a new job on Monday after 3 months of being unemployed (at least in my primary job, Tepui sales and support is a secondary gig), so I've been a bit slow to respond lately. Enough excuses. I have replied to the PM's I got from a few of you. It sounds like a few of the issues that have come up have been resolved, but I'm back and ready to help for anyone else that needs it.

I'd say that the two halves of the mating extrusions on my tent don't always seat together completely, when opened, about half the time. Usually some gentle prodding does the trick. If not, it's always because I forgot to make sure the short straps that can hold up the cover are caught in the gap. I usually don't roll up the cover before unfolding the tent, so I don't always check that the are hanging clear. My Yak crossbars stick out a few inches and make a great support for everything to get hung up on, but if I remember to pull the cover and straps down fully before, no problems.

Definitely not the situation I'm up against, but yes the straps commonly get stuck so check those on the Tepui.

Day 1 of the Outdoor Retailer Show has been a good one for Tepui. The new "White Lightning" hardshell tent from Tepui was awarded the Outside Magazine "Gear of the Show" award! Incredible response at the show toward the hardshell as well as the new Baja Series tent which also received an award!

Those who want the best tents on the market buy Tepui!

1/2"??? That is huge! Are you using a 1/2" wrench to tighten them? I have similar on my tent from another manufacturer and they are metric I think, m10s (might be m8s as that is closer to 5/16ths). Mine were too short so I swapped them for 5/16ths 2.5".

Yep, 1/2" head size on the bolts (or 13mm also works).

Several more best in show awards for Tepui at the Outdoor Retailer show today! Innovation and quality setting us apart from all the "me too" tent brands.

Just got back from a 5,200 mile and 13 states trip out West. Every campsite we stayed in had people asking about and to see my Autana Sky on my Tundra. I should have had some Tepui cards and literature to hand out. I am sure there were some potential and serious buyers from all the people asking. In Silverton Lakes CO earlier this week I counted 8 RTTs at one time. A number of Tepuis.
We love our RTT.

This sounds like a trip we need to see some photos from! Sounds awesome.
