Bummer... I was going to give you one of my camel trophy trucks until you said you didn't want one. ;).. A late model disco trek truck will never be a camel trophy truck and a camel trophy truck will never be a late model disco... And the camel trucks were abused because they were built to be abused and take it...they weren't no soccer mum trucks.. Lol..no fancy shmancy ac, traction control, leather seats.. Sunroofs etc....having said that.. I would still love to have this truck...very cool...

And they are only called expo truck "necessities" until you need em... If you "need" them and don't have them then they are called "wants" and "wishes"... Shoot, I wish I had a hi-lift or winch with me..then I wouldn't have to walk 27 miles back....

I'd take a CT truck over a Trek or any other special edition. I love the treks and G4s but the CT 110s are just so iconic of Land Rover, there's really no comparison.

Echoed. Dont cut, strip, swap, sell, etc... any part of that truck. Its no Camel Trophy (I wouldnt want one of those anyway because they were abused) but it is a special vehicle. The things on it are all you would need to go camping anyway. It doesnt need the usual expo list of 'necessities.'

The upgrades you'll see will likely be in the form of a slight suspension lift to help with clearance and load capacity in the front, along with a set of new shocks (they've been sitting for some time) and little things like synthetic winch line, organizational things, proper recovery kits etc...

That reminds me. . . when I was in school at CU Boulder, I saw students who looked like they just stepped off the time machine from the sixties walk down the street and get into their brand new Range Rover.

The ethanol is playing havoc with these caps down here.. They seemed to be swelling and causing the threads to bind before fully sealing.. Causing the click prematurely...
