Those pictures are from our partners overland adventure trucks in Olympia WA .
our shop is roughly the same size at 3500sqft . Would have loved a 10,000 sqft shop but with zero real estate inventory we took what was available.

Yes you can but we recommend keeping the colour very light to avoid an increase in surface temperature. At some point ( 100c) the glue bonding the frp skin to the foam core could be softened and therefore blisters can form.

you may ask why other manufactures are offering darker colours…. It’s because they don’t care and hope that warranty cases arise after the warranty expired. Seriously, check out rv s and see how many have delamination issues. Even high end North American expedition trucks have these defects.

Amazing time at expo west. We finally could show our 7’ camper to the public. Bear adventure vehicles out of California did the outfitting. They are our partners and can help you with either an empty box or a fully outfitted travel ready camper.
the response we got was 100% positive and visitors as well as industry leaders where impressed and congratulated us. Can’t lie, that felt good ?

specs: empty weight of the box is only 600lb. Outfitted is 850.

You'll be lucky to find a RV built that good in North America.

RV sidewall are stick framed then laminated so thermal transfer is horrible.
The roof insulation will get cut short on both sides so 4"-6"" of the roof has no insulation

Here's a good video on the problems of a new built up RV roof. What they don't seem to know is Luan sheeting used in the ceiling has 100X the water permeability
of FRP so the issue hasn't gone away.
