Happy Friday. I'm catching up a little after a couple great trips rock-climbing in Yosemite and exploring the Black Rock Desert, the latter with our friends from
Bay Area Expeditions. We were shooting pics of our gear in use. Stay tuned. (This would be a good time to mention that I love my job, as you might imagine.)
A couple responses for you:
- While the majority of our products are made domestically, we do manufacture abroad when we believe it to be the best solution for a given product.
- Blain, we'll be launching new Rangers in the coming season.
And some news:
- We just introduced our new
Merino Half Zip baselayer. We're big fans of Merino, especially for its adaptive ability to handle a good variety of activity levels and conditions. It will wick moisture away and evaporate it to keep you cool, and act like a great insulating layer. Wool has been a fabric in long use by many desert cultures as a result. And it doesn't retain odor, which means you can get more uses between washing. This is a nice quality when on long expeditions.
We'll be eager to hear what you think.
Have a great weekend.
