Tundra Diesel

Does anyone have any information that would indicate that Toyota is going to offer a diesel Tundra in the USA. All the news seemed to confirm it in late 2014, but now there doesn't appear to be anything for quite awhile.

Its called the Nissan Titan I hear its a nice vehicle. You'll be waiting years and years before Toyota ever considers selling diesel powered vehicles in the US. Especially with the fuel prices expected to be flat to down over the next few years.

My local dealer told me 6 months ago that Toyota were going to put a Cummins in the 2016 model year. The engine appears to be the same or similar to the one in the Titan.
