Would stick on door edge moulding from Autozone work to fill that gap. Bushwacker fender flares also come with a rubber trim that would look good as a filler.

If my aging brain remembers correctly the edging that came with my pocket flares for my cherokee had a quarter round shape with a flat section that sandwiched between flare and fender .

Hmmm that might work? I was hoping for your prior thought. A rubber gasket would look the best and fill well.

Tomorrow going to silicone and place floor trim on the interior. Thinking of painting the fender inside a brown color to somewhat match? Versus building a box around it like prior? Guess Ill paint and see how horrible it looks.

Been working on the tent trailer. Spent 4 hours of my life at the dmv yesterday getting this trailer and my m116a3 utility trailer registered. Any ways painted the exposed fender a left of tan we had from doing our house.

I had this little cabinet in the front of the trailer that really didn't have much space in it, but the floor seemed hollow.

So out it went!

That's a lot of extra space!!!!
Under the rear dinette seat I had a maybe a 18" wide x 20" long and 12" deep space pretty much a waste.

On the inside of the bench is the inverter/fuse panel, the exterior had almost 30' of cable!!!! Going to cut that down to 15'- 20'.
Here is the new proposed interior

Hopefully going to order my axle, metal, and parts soon.

I think I need a bigger truck!
Painted fender looks good. Lots of wasted space in those cubbies indeed. I am eying up my Coachman Clipper 108ST now that I have been watching this. Hmmm.....

The coachmans are nice units! If i didnt have some many minions I would have stayed with the teardrop! It will be nice to have a table/seating/sleeping area. I still intend to take it on all the trails i have done in the past. Soo it should take a beating
